Event Details
For the Social Media Club's April event we will be looking into the power of social networks.

We are excited to kick off the evening with a half-hour fireside chat with John Hagel, network effects expert and Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP.

After the chat Chris Heuer will moderate a discussion with a panel of distinguished social media authors who will share their insights on social networking channels, such as Facebook and Twitter, and provide details on how these tools can powerfully function in the enterprise to help companies accomplish real business objectives.

We will be joined by authors:

  • Clara Shih, author of The Facebook Era
  • Tara Hunt, author of The Whuffie Factor
  • Adam Jackson, author of 140 Characters

In addition to picking up some real-world social media case studies and tips you may also walk away with a free copy of Clara's book!  We will be raffling off a few copies at the end of the event.

We are currently looking for sponsors to cover food and beverages.  Please contact kristie [at] socialmediaclub.org if you are interested in supporting this local chapter event.

We look forward to seeing you!
